Recent food art and more.

A house... with balloons tied to her fence.

Peanut Butter Sandwich Christmas Tree.

And THE MOST homemade-style advent calendar ever... but I don't care. This time in my life -- the time when going to the fabric store or holiday decor stores is just out of the question with little ones... this is the time when I make calendars out of bed sheets...

I love that calendar. At least you guys have a calendar, unfortunately it's just not high on the priority list this year. But I did manage to pick up Christmas stockings for the kids yesterday.

You actually SEWED a HANDMADE advent calendar for your children, and then made them "FOOD ART" for eating with their hands? Like, on separate occassions? More than once? I'm pretty sure that if the entire world was made up of people/mothers like you, world peace would be firmly established, we would be "flying" to the grocery store with our jetpacks, and everyone's backyard would consist of an organic garden, complete with greenhouse for the winter and a treehouse snuggled inside the biggest willow tree you have ever seen.

That is my version of the biggest compliment you have ever been paid.

What a creative idea to use bed sheets. I love it and I'm sure your girls will fight over who gets to use it in their home some day!
