A Third?

The weather can be a bit confusing here in the southeast... But we're managing. Other than that, news is we're HAVING ANOTHER GIRL. That's right, in our ultrasound last week, we found out that the Dr. is 100% sure that it's a girl. That's our third, people. We are really good at girls. My expertise abounds and will apparently thicken as we head into our third attempt at housing emotional wrecks. We are ready for anything now.
Jake is very excited, but is concerned about his health. Apparently Dads worry about their daughters???! Grace thinks we should name her "Emily" or "Ava", and Ruby thinks we should name her "Ruby".

WAHOO! Welcome to the ALL GIRLS CLUB! We are freaky people you and I. I don't ever expect to have a son, and at this point, what would I do with it? It would just have to where pink and hair bows. Poor child....Congrats again! And P.S. I LOVE THE HAT!

YAY!! GIRLS rock and belive me I've been around many little boys who are more "emotional wrecks" than girls are that's for sure :) 3 little girls...lovely!

Congratulations!! Girls are the best. I have 10 sisters- I know!! I agree with Ruby- "Ruby" is a great name. lol

Hooray for girls!!! I would laugh if you named her Ava since Ruby and Ava were on our list for both Mila and Sophie, and Grace is Mila's middle name. Do we like the same things or do I just subconsciously copy you?... a little of both I think.

nice job on the girl baby making jake! despite all the emotions i DO NOT envy - you will have 3 best girl-friends in your daughters, esp when they are older, like me and my sisters and mom. and I DO ENVY that -lucky!

okay so i guess commenting on your journal is sssssoooo the cool thing to do these days and since i'm pretty cool here it goes:

i'm pretty weary of a pregnant mother of two (almost three) who knows such good music. i'm pretty weary and also pretty confused. i mean i thought as mothers we were supposed to stop listening to good music, stop watching good shows/movies and become very uncool, shut-ins. no? you are breaking the mold, aren't you sarie.

I must be the most self absorbed person in the world. Did I really not already know this? I'm just glad that you can still refer to "the girls." It's hard to say things like, "the girls" and "him." YAY!
