Some Goals

It has been proven (somewhere, sometime, I'm sure) that making lists improves your complexion, brightens your physical appearance, helps your love life, satisfies your organizational cravings, and brings good luck. Here we go.

Things to do before I die:

-See Europe

-Backpack the John Muir Trail again, this time, with my kids

-Become a Registered Nurse

-Bike the Pacific Coast

-Spend a week eating pizza in bed and watching T.V. with my husband, like we did in the old days

-Write some really important, exciting, landmark novel and get published

-Have a really important, exciting, landmark idea, sell it, make a lot of money.

-Serve a mission with my love

I like reading these more than writing them! I tag everyone. My hand is reaching out, and literally tagging you on the shoulder. You should have probably run a little faster.

I want to help you along. Thus, I will go to Europe with you, read your novel, buy your product (with a family discount), and let you give me stitches, should the need ever arise. Oh yes, and someday, I will babysit your children, hand you the remote control, order you a couple pizzas, and come and turn you and Jake over when you think you're getting bed sores.

What great goals! I don't think I've ever thought of a list of goals I want to accomplish before I die..it was to have a kid...and now I have one!!

I think every mom should be a RN and go to beauty school (if they have girls) and think of all the money they would save on haircuts and trips to the dr!

I want to write a novel
serve a mission with wade (I hope I don't have to learn a language though, scary to think about!)
go back to school for my masters

Glad to hear all those benefits of list making, seeing as I am a compulsive list maker. Its a little bit out of control. I think you should add Going To The Oprah Show With Katie to your list:)

All these deleted comments... I'm so curious. I love your list. A registered nurse AND an author, so motivated... I've forgotten what that's like. You've inspired--- I'm making mine.
