I just got caught up on your blogs. How did I miss two? The girls are so cute...sisters are fun to watch. Congrats on the contract and listing. It's a crazy business but can be really fun too. Good luck on your investment property..at least you can sell it yourself and save some money on commission!
Hilarious! The thing I thought was the funniest was that Ruby is holding a sucker throughout it all. I didn't even notice it until she got up from the fall. Good thing that came through undamaged!
